Project Approach
At Lefko Brothers Family Builders, we approached the renovation of this spacious home with the goal of blending modern functionality with the timeless appeal of its Colonial design. Starting with the grand, double-height entry foyer, we enhanced the space to create a light-filled, welcoming entrance that sets the tone for the entire home.

The main level was transformed to feature an open, seamless flow between living spaces. A key highlight is the gourmet chef’s kitchen, designed for both style and practicality, with premium Bosch appliances, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a large center island that invites cooking and socializing. We opened up the family room, incorporating a gas fireplace and sliding doors that lead to the backyard, enabling effortless indoor-outdoor living.

On the second floor, we designed a luxurious primary suite with an expansive walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom, complete with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
